As you enter the cottage through the large double doors you go back in time to what was the old scullery and dairy. The entrance is large with flint walls and brick flooring with large bench.
To the right you enter the living room with wood flooring, brick fireplace with a wood burner for cosy night in, cottage three-piece sofa and smart TV equipped with a Freeview. Netflix and other channels available with you own login.
To the left of the main entrance, you will find the large well-equipped kitchen/dining room. With electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Dining table and chairs for four people.
From the kitchen you go through the oldest door in the building to the oldest part of the cottage where you find the storage area for the old dairy. At the other end you have a toilet and large walk-in shower.
Again, from the kitchen you will find the stairs which take you to the first floor.
Off the landing you will find the family bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Then up and down some more steps you come to the two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a single bed with carpeted flooring feature flint wall and a sky light window.
The second is the large double with carpeted flooring feature roof joist and brick chimney with windows either side as well as a sky light. Plenty of storage is available.
The cottage has Electric heating, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (21 to 25Mbps) and some logs for wood burner (extra logs can be purchased from the owners) included as well as a welcome pack. Private off-road parking for 1 car at the front of the cottage. No smoking allowed inside the property. The owners have said that due to the number of stairs and the layout, they feel it’s not suitable for young children.
This is a semidetached cottage with the owners Tessa and Ray living in the adjoining property. The property is located on a quiet street just off the main coastal road and next to Trimingham church. A great location for coastal walks, cycling and star gazing at night due to minimal light pollution.

Review June 2021
“A wonderful hidden gem. A quirky place with lots of original features. Well situated to visit many places. We managed Norwich, Cromer, Sheringham and the Hillside Animal Sanctuary. Tessa and Ray were so friendly and accommodating of our needs. They advised us on the best walks and beaches to visit.”
